Mingun - Saggaing Full Day Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast, start your sightseeing tour at 8:00 AM, an excursion by boat on the Ayeyarwaddy River will take you to Mingun, about 11km (1 hour) upriver from Mandalay. Visit the unfinished Mingun Paya, which was meant to become the largest stupa in Myanmar, constructed by King BodawPaya one of the world’s largest bells; the 90 ton Mingun Bell and HsinbyumePaya. Return to Sagaing. Afternoon sightseeing in Sagaing includes Ywataung Village, Kaungmudaw Pagoda: an enormous solid dome- shaped pagoda and Sagaing Hill: a retreat for Buddhist devotees with numerous pagodas and monasteries. Then, we drive back to Mandalay. Transfer back to your hotel.
